Safety without compromise! This right-hand brake assembly was specifically developed for the SPY Racing 250 series. It is a ready-to-install unit consisting of a sturdy aluminum brake lever and the corresponding master cylinder with integrated fluid reservoir. The integrated mirror mount with a 10 mm thread diameter allows for easy installation of your rearview mirrors. Whether as a replacement after a failure or to improve the pressure point – this kit provides OEM quality for your quad.
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the position of the brake light switch and the angle of the brake line connection with your old assembly.
Seal Replacement: Always use two new copper crush washers when connecting the brake line (banjo bolt). Old washers are deformed and almost always lead to slow brake fluid leaks.
Fluid Choice: Fill the system only with fresh brake fluid of specification DOT 4 (or as indicated on the reservoir cap).
Bleeding Process: A complete bleeding of the brake system is mandatory after installation. Ensure the reservoir never runs dry during the process to avoid sucking in new air.
