Installation Instructions (Intended as Guidance Only!)

Important Note: Work on the electrical system requires caution. Always disconnect the negative terminal (-) of the battery first before replacing electrical components. Incorrectly connected regulators can be damaged immediately.

1. Preparation: Disconnect the battery. Locate the old voltage regulator (often near the radiator or under a fairing).

2. Disassembly: Disconnect all electrical plugs and remove the mounting bolts of the old regulator.

3. Replacement: Mount the new regulator in the designated place (the mounting surface often acts as a heat sink). Connect all plugs firmly and correctly.

4. Completion: Reconnect the negative terminal (-) of the battery. Start the engine and measure the system voltage at the battery (should be stable at approx. 13.5 to 14.5 Volts at increased rpm).
