Important Note: Work on the vehicle's electrical system requires caution. Always disconnect the battery before working on the relay to prevent short circuits! The correct polarity of the thick cables is crucial.
Preparation: Secure the quad and turn off the engine. Disconnect the battery (negative terminal first!).
Disassembly: Locate the relay. First, disconnect the electrical control plug (2-Pin). Then, loosen the thick cables on the two bolts (usually 1x to the battery, 1x to the starter).
Replacement: Remove the old relay. Mount the new relay and secure it. Reconnect the thick cables and the 2-Pin control plug.
Test: Reconnect the battery. Perform a test start.
