1. Preparation: Secure the quad, turn off the engine, and lift the rear axle. Remove the wheel.

2. Disassembly: Remove the old wheel studs. These are often pressed into the wheel hub. (If necessary, drive them out with a suitable tool.)

3. Replacement: Insert the new wheel bolt studs into the wheel hub from the rear. The studs must sit tightly and flush in the hub. (Ideally using a suitable press or by carefully tightening a nut with a sleeve/washer to pull them in.)

4. Assembly: Mount the wheel and tighten the wheel nuts with the torque setting prescribed by the manufacturer.
