Safety and Stability for Your Chassis! – Ball Joint / A-Arm Joint M14
Robust Press-In Ball Joint – First-class guidance for the A-Arms
Restore your chassis precision! This Ball Joint (Tie Rod End/A-Arm Joint) is a safety-critical component that establishes the connection between the A-arm and the steering knuckle. Specifically developed for high-performance quads like Haili SP 307-J, Jingling JLA 21B, and Spy Racing 250-350cc, this joint withstands the highest stresses on-road and off-road. Featuring a 36 mm press-in diameter and a massive M14 bolt, it provides maximum stability and ensures exact wheel guidance without play.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Measure the diameter of the mount on the A-arm exactly (36 mm), as there may be variations between different production years.
-
Pressing Process: Ideally, use a hydraulic press or a suitable press tool for removal and installation. Avoid hard hammer blows directly on the joint housing to prevent damaging the internal bearing shell.
-
Locking: After pressing in, ensure that the snap ring (Circlip) is correctly seated in the groove. This prevents the joint from moving under load.
-
Torque: Tighten the M14 nut on the steering knuckle according to the manufacturer's specifications and secure it (depending on the version) with a new cotter pin or a self-locking nut.
-
Inspection: Regularly check the joint for play and damaged rubber boots. A defective ball joint can lead to the failure of the wheel guidance system.
