• Cleaning: Briefly rinse the carburetor with fresh gasoline before the first installation to remove any production residues.

• Float Adjustment: Although the carburetors are pre-set, we recommend checking the float level ("mustard glass method") before installation.

• Sealing: Ensure that the flange gasket to the cylinder sits perfectly flat to avoid air leaks.

• Fine-tuning: The final adjustment of the idle air control screw should be performed with the engine at operating temperature.
