• Preparation: Disconnect the battery. Since the clutch is located behind the flywheel, the engine side cover must be removed (Note: oil may drain out).

• Tools: A suitable flywheel puller is required to remove the rotor. Do not use prying tools to avoid damaging the crankcase.

• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the crankshaft stub of oil residue and metal debris before installing the new clutch.

• Lubrication: Apply a thin film of fresh engine oil to the gear surface and the bearing to ensure smooth operation from the very first start.
