Secure Grip for Your Rims! – Wheel Nut Set (4 Pieces) M10
High-strength wheel fasteners – Essential for safety and stability
Rely on maximum strength! This wheel nut set consists of four high-strength nuts with an M10 internal thread. They are the central connection between your rims and the wheel hub. Specifically developed for 250cc class quads, these nuts withstand the high stresses of off-road riding and cornering. The galvanized surface effectively protects against corrosion and ensures that the nuts remain removable even after heavy use.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions: (For guidance purposes only)
-
Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the thread pitch (M10x1.25 is standard for Chinese quads) and the seat type (conical or flat) with your old nuts.
-
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the threads of the wheel studs on the hub with a wire brush to remove rust and dirt before fitting the new nuts.
-
Crosswise Tightening: Always tighten the wheel nuts in a crosswise pattern to prevent the rim from tilting and to ensure even centering on the hub.
-
Torque: Use a torque wrench. For M10 bolts, the tightening torque is usually between 40 Nm and 50 Nm (please follow manufacturer specifications). Overtightening can stretch the bolt or strip the thread.
-
Re-check: It is essential to check the tightness of the wheel nuts after the first 20 to 50 kilometers of driving and retighten them if necessary
