• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Measure the mounting hole on your frame to ensure the 27.5 mm size matches.

• Pressing In: Ideally, use a pressing tool or a threaded rod with matching spacers for installation. Avoid heavy hammer blows to the inner sleeve, as this can destroy the bond between rubber and metal.

• Lubrication: Use tyre mounting paste or soapy water to ease the process. Avoid petroleum-based greases, as they degrade the rubber and cause the bushing to slip out of place.

• Symmetry: Always replace chassis bushings in pairs to maintain balanced vehicle geometry
