• Visual Compatibility: Before installation, perform a visual check. Compare the throttle cable connections, choke mechanism, and flange diameters with your original part.

• Cleanliness: Clean the fuel tank and lines before installation. We strongly recommend replacing the fuel filter simultaneously to prevent dirt particles from contaminating the fine jets of your new high-performance carburetor.

• Intake System: Inspect the intake manifold for cracks. As this carburetor is designed for maximum efficiency, any air leak will immediately cause erratic engine running.

• Plug & Play: The carburetor comes pre-set. However, fine-tuning the idle and mixture screws may be necessary once the engine is at operating temperature to account for local altitude and humidity.

• Fuel Quality: Always use fresh fuel. To prevent the membranes and jets from gumming up during winter storage, drain the float chamber before long periods of inactivity.
